Dear partners,

In line with item 8.5. of the Agreement for the implementation of GRP, a monthly auction with physical delivery for the remaining four months of 2020, beginning from September 2020, will be held on 10 August 2020. Every monthly product amounts to 417 146 MWh/month.

Concerning new participants who had not registered to date to take part in the GRP auctions, the registration continues until 05 August 2020, inclusive. To register you must fill in a Registration Form, available for download from Products and Services, GRP Segment. The Registration Form and the accompanying documents must be sent to: admin@balkangashub.bg  with a copy to simona.barakova@balkangashub.bg.

The original completed and duly signed registration form and its accompanying documents should be submitted if possible to the Registry Office of Balkan Gas Hub EAD in a sealed envelope marked "Registration Form for GRP" no later than 07 August 2020 to the following address: residential area Lyulin 2, 66 Pancho Vladigerov Blvd., 1336 Sofia, Bulgaria, to the attention of Mrs. Simona Barakova.

Following the successful registration, Balkan Gas Hub EAD will expect from the admitted candidates a signed Participation Agreement (with no need of filling in Annex 2 – Declaration) that should also arrive if possible, by 07 August 2020, available for download at section Products and Services, GRP Segment.

Regarding the extraordinary epidemiological situationon the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for limiting the spread of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), Balkan Gas Hub EAD provides an additional opportunity for interested parties to submit their documents signed and scanned, as well as all annexes and documents required by email to admin@balkangashub.bg  with a copy to simona.barakova@balkangashub.bg. In this case, the originals of the documents have to be provided to “Balkan Gas Hub” EAD at the earliest opportunity.
