We are pleased to inform you that Balkan EAD Gas Hub offers the Service "Auctions setting" under the following terms and conditions:

1. The client shall send a written request for setting an auction, which contains the parameters for its conduct (amount of quantities - total or per day, method of determining the price, tender mechanism for quantities’ allocation, delivery period, point of title transfer) - at least 5 days prior the date of the auction;
2. Balkan Gas Hub EAD sends a written confirmation of the technical feasibility of the auction within three days from the request receiving;
3. In the presence of confirmation by Balkan Gas Hub EAD regarding the technical feasibility, the client pays a fee for initiating a non-standard product "auction";
4. The Client shall publicly announce the conditions of the auction, corresponding to the request confirmed by Gas Hub Balkan EAD, at least 5 days before the date of the auction;
5. Balkan Gas Hub EAD sends a market notice regarding the holding of the auction to the market members immediately after the publication by the client;
6. Balkan EAD Gas Hub shall send information on the auction results within 48 hours from the end of the auction, unless otherwise is specified in the conditions agreed.
